How clothing patches connect

- NFC patch: Tap the patch with your phone → instantly identifies the child
- Manual: Type the Tracker ID (printed on patch) or child's name below
Each patch's ID is stored on the child's profile under "Tracker ID". QR codes should link to: /scan?id=TRACKER_ID
